How we clean our glass pipes + ceramic pipes + smokeware

What you need to keep your new glass or ceramic pipes/bongs squeaky clean.

  • coarse sea salt
  • 90%+ isopropyl alcohol
  • plastic sandwich baggie or a container with a lid slightly larger than what you're cleaning
  • helpful tools (optional): dawn dish soap + toothbrush, straw brush, qtips, or small cleaning brush

1: place glass or ceramic pipe(s) in your container.

2: pour approx. a tablespoon of sea salt inside the holes + crevices of your pipe. no exact measurements needed + some of the salt will fall into the container. nbd!

3: add enough isopropyl alcohol to cover your pipe or most of your pipe.

4: close your container/baggie + gently shake to move the salt + alcohol around. let sit for at least 15 mins, or up to 24 hours, agitating several times by shaking gently.

5: remove pipes from container + discard alcohol. rinse under warm water. using a brush or qtip + dishsoap, wipe off any stubborn spots + rinse thoroughly.

Let dry completely before using :)
